Amber DiPietra lived and worked as a disability advocate and service provider in the San Francisco Bay Area for 10 years. She has recently moved back to her hometown of Tampa, Florida to be closer to family and to focus on her arts practice. She is a poet, performance artist and social practice artist (creating public happenings to build community, especially for folks with disabilities).
